Live drop feed — waiting for the next big drop…

Creating a group

A group connects your Discord server, our Discord bot, and a Wise Old Man group — so your clan members are automatically added, removed, and tracked inside your DropTracker group.

Before you start

  • The DropTracker Discord bot (click to invite) must be in your Discord server.
  • You need Administrator permission in that server.
  • Your group must already exist on Wise Old Man, and you'll need its ID (generally 3–6 digits, e.g. 25637).

Creating your group

  1. In your own Discord server, run the /create-group command with your desired group name (publicly displayed) and your Wise Old Man group ID.
  2. The bot confirms the group was created and walks you through the basics. Each Discord server can own one group, and a Wise Old Man group can only be registered once.
  3. Sign in with Discord on the site, open your dashboard, and press Manage under your new group.

From there, configure the group to your liking — see configuring your group.

Prefer to do it on the website?

The create a group wizard does the same thing from the browser: look up your Wise Old Man group by ID, enter your Discord server ID (the wizard checks the bot is present), confirm the name, and you're taken straight to your group's admin dashboard.
