There are a couple of items in the game that drop as Untradeable that are either assembled together or added to other items in order to create a tradeable final product, and those untradeable drops add significant value to the end product.
One way to handle this is to write custom logic for these exceptions where you can derive the item price from the final item, subtracting the other component prices. E.G. An ultor vestige can be calculated as being worth the price of 1 Ultor ring - 3 x Chromium Ingots - 1 x Berserker Ring

Bludgeon components assembling the entire bludgeon
Hydra ring pieces assembling the Brimstone Ring
Vestiges from the DT2 bosses to make the upgraded Fremmenik Rings
Araxyte Fang & Noxious Halberd components from Araxxor
(Future) Mokhaiotl cloth, an untradeable item that can be used on a tormented bracelet to upgrade it into the confliction gauntlets
(Future) Probably some shit from Yama too
