🐛 Prime Time in monthly recap seems off?

I'm from the UK (UTC+0) and spent two weeks in Croatia last month (UTC+2) but it says my prime time was 04:00 UTC, apart from not really know what Prime Time means, I'm pretty sure if anything, 04:00 UTC is a time that i was never playing at. So I assume something must be off there?

After checking my logs to confirm im not crazy and definitely aren't playing at those times, I assume it's because this time is calculated based on information received regardless if my account is logged in or not and comes from simply having the runelite client open?

Maybe this isn't a bug but I guess the result is that the times aren't really accurate.
