Trying to set both DT2 bosses and awakened variants, doesn't seem to have awakened whisperer as an option

What I want to do is set up a BotW where kc gives +1 point and then the unique drops range from 100 -> 1000 points. I do not want to cap how many uniques a player can get, but this looks like the bingo tile functionality (which makes me think its going to cap after the "tile" is completed).

Am I missing something or will this count indefinitely over the event period?

I could do some jank like set "how many from the list" to an impossibly high number, but what I am trying to do is essentially this

Over a specified time period, all of these actions award points, no cap to how many can be earned in the time period

Scoring - KC - 1 point Orb - 100 points quarts - 250 points virtus - 500 points gold ring - 250 points per (so 2x rings awards 500 points) vestige - 750 points pet - 1000 points

based on this, it looks like the bingo tile functionality which makes me think its going to cap or the points are going to be awarded strangely / proportionally to what I set the cap to

from the looks of things, we are probably not differentiating awakened vs normal in the sense of drops

the main feedback is the later bit, it doesn't seem like I can an implement a "get as mnay points as possible during a time frame" style event

just click 'add bonus'

and then set it to 1000 max times

would that not accomplish what you're trying to do?

the tasks are already able to be re-completed for additional points if you set them to more than 1x award

and iirc 0 = infinite

but safer bet to put 1000 til i confirm that

Also - Doesn't seem to be an option to post a sign up message in our discord (which is in the teams tab in other events) I had wanted to do a team BotW and it looks like I can but without the team tab im not too sure. I have it set to admins manually create teams and I can always manually calculate things later, but this might be edge case territory

sign up message isn't a thing because wom competitions include all members of your group

and our system is intended to leverage that, so anyone in your group is immediately "participating" in botw/sotw

i didnt add team functionality to them, that's why you don't see that tab. I'll do that today.

with sign-ups, do you think that should be included as part of botw/sotw, or?

once you have teams, assigning actual participants to teams suffices?

i guess knowing who actually wants to participate would be useful

we are doing buy ins and assigning teams randomly (in hopes that new friendships will emerge). the sign up is working exactly how it did for bingo with the exception of not having the discord embed to post. people can still go directly to the event link and click "sign up" if they're signed in

main way ive been broadcasting the event calendar is in game and in @ messages.

teams should now be live in botw/sotw event types

It’s not incorrect, it’s just two different ways of scoring it. I understand why it’s happening now

The change that you linked is in the spirit of awarding every vestige “roll” the same number of points, because otherwise people are unfairly punished for their own personal progression. I wanted to offer a point scoring method based on the ring drop progression, not ignoring it. I can just manually delete the “fake” vestige drops and it has the same effect

Otherwise you have this weird edge case where this specific drop requires you to have different behavior based on how people want it implemented

And probably 95% of the people want it the linked way, I just had to be special this time

now when you have a task that requires a vestige, you should have a toggle to define whether you want gold rings to count

Changing Team names don’t update without providing additional permissions. I have to give it the full “administrator” at the very bottom for droptracker to change them. The roles are below in priority and the channels will spin up just fine with these settings.

The state of duplicate pets - are they tracked or does it need the pop up to track?

it did not count the duplicate pet for the purposes of the event. thats not a droptracker bug, it says it clearly on the tile.

One thing that isn't apparent right now but I have already been asked for it, is breakdown by boss

points, bonus points, breakdown by team, etc

this is only an issue because we have a multi-boss event

but the public page shows like this, total KC, total bonus points, but it's a total slog to add up manually

When i fixed the vestige config I rolled back all of the ones that happened prior to that. You shouldn't have had to do any yourself.

What does “all of the vestige drops” mean exactly?

This was all I had asked for initially

I had manually gone through and revoked the ones that I knew were not real because I knew I had that ability myself

The list I posted here were the ones that I was not able to remove myself because of the date issue

There were 5 legitimate vestiges

Out of 18 total “tracked” drops

to clarify, i did not ever say all of the vestige drops

i said all of the gold rings that counted as vestiges, prior to our conversation and my fixing it

it should be fine unless you see something out of the ordinary. i just removed ones that counted as vestiges when they shouldn't have

if you had already removed one i wouldn't have also removed it, but if you removed one after that you could've incidentally removed an extra i suppose

i can get you exact details on what i did but its in your audit log aswell

9/21 -- This drop shows in the loot tracker but not counting for the event.

Different problem probably? Same error message in Tush Sniffer's log around that time block.

he missed an orb around this time i manually credited.

Possible to apply points to the user? Right now you can only manually award to the team.

I tested it with 1 point, and no change to the total score of the team applied.

this is fixed, now u can apply manuals to a team

1. Open Review and filter by status "manual"
2. Revoke those team-only rows
3. Re-award each one to a player

Ok with our event over now I have one last bit of feedback - a “payout section” shown to admins that is a reverse of the buyin. It should be relatively easy to show who gets paid (membership on the winning team(s)) and how much they get paid (based on the pay out rules you programmed in). Then finally a proof section where screenshots can be uploaded

Other than that thank you for your quick fixes and help during the event!!!

I’d love to see a lootboard total from the event only players during the time window, auto posted that includes total kc and EHE by player. I shared each team’s event boards and the clans total board from that timeframe.
